Secondary English Teacher
First for Education are supporting a large secondary school in Kidderminster who are seeking a confident English Teacher.
This is a full-time, long-term position for the Autumn Term, delivering lessons across a range of subjects at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).
The school has a strong behaviour policy in place and a supportive senior leadership team, making it an excellent environment for a Secondary Supply Teacher looking for a consistent role.

Secondary Supply Teacher role requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
Strong communication and organisational skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through First for Education
The successful English Teacher will:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Adapt teaching to suit different classroom environments
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task
Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour
Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
