Are you a passionate English Teacher looking for a new challenge within a specialist SEND setting?

Protocol Education is recruiting an enthusiastic English Teacher for a school in Pilning, Bristol (BS35).

The school is open to teachers from both Primary and Secondary backgrounds who have strong English teaching skills and a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.

Your Role

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons.
Differentiate learning to meet individual needs.
Develop pupils' literacy, communication, and confidence.
Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies.
Encourage positive behaviour and independence.
Build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
Work collaboratively with the wider SEND team.

We are looking for:

UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
Strong English teaching experience.
Primary or Secondary teaching experience.
Previous SEND experience is highly desirable.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A patient, creative, and adaptable approach.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
