Description:
We are looking to recruit an experienced English Instructor/Cover Supervisor for a Secondary School in Leicester on a long term basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, versatile and organised Cover Supervisor to work within a successful and supportive teaching and learning environment. This position is suitable for someone interested in a future career in education, making a difference in the lives of young people.

You will be involved in:
* Covering English classes and teaching groups as directed by the cover Teacher.
* Supporting students to engage with the work provided, including providing support where necessary
Ideally, you will have:
* Some understanding of the national Key Stage Curriculum.
* Good classroom control.
* Ability to cover a wide range of lessons.
* Ability to keep students engaged and on task.
* Have a passion for working with young people.
* Previous experience working in a school setting.
* Have some understanding of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
