English Graduate Teaching Assistant - Hillingdon
To prepare students beforehand for learning experiences.
Plan for, teach and assess small groups of students in literacy or numeracy
Monitor and evaluate outcomes for students from learning activities through observation and recording of achievement against predetermined learning objectives.
Develop and prepare resources for learning activities in accordance with lesson plans and in response to student's needs.
Developing differentiated resources for students
Providing specialist advice and support on students' specific needs including a wide range of learning disabilities and educational needs
Supervise students at lunchtimes
To supervise practical tasks.
To work as part of the team in relation to individual students, liaising, advising and consulting where appropriate.
