???? Immediate start, On-going position, Temporary to permanent role
???? Location: Harrow, North West London
⏰ Flexible Hours:
Monday and Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
???? Key Responsibilities:
Delivering engaging English lessons tailored to SEN students with SEMH, ADHD, ASD and related SEN
Creating an inclusive learning environment to foster growth
Implementing individualised education plans (IEPs)
Utilising effective behaviour management strategies
???? Additional Provision:
Small classes (10 pupils per class)
Education Support Worker (ESW) in every class
Specialist literacy and art therapy support
Career and further education advice
Mental health and sensory support services
