OVERVIEW: Engineering Tutor / Assessor
Are you an experienced Tutor / Assessor looking for the next step in your career? We are Recruiting on behalf of a well-established training provider that is looking to extend their team.
You will be required to provide tutoring support and complete level 2 learner assessments. You will be in charge of a group of learners, supporting each individual via theory and practical based teaching.
We are looking for qualified and experienced Tutors in Engineering or the Building Engineering Services sectors.

Continuous learning and development opportunitiesDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Engineering Tutor / Assessor
Train, assess, motivate and support learners on programmes towards achieving level 2 qualifications.
Support, develop, implement and evaluate approved training materials, promoting standardisation, use approved training methods to develop the learner and utilise every opportunity to supporting them to achieving their qualification in a timely manner.
Ensure the highest standards of learner completions are met and to monitor candidates progress, including carrying out regular progression reviews/additional support reviews.QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES: Engineering Tutor / Assessor
A1 Assessor Award (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33 etc.)
Teaching qualification
A minimum 5 years' occupational experience within either the Building Engineering Services or Engineering industry.
Excellent communication skills
This role is subject to a DBS check
