A leading facilities management provider is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day engineering operations across a prestigious site in Greater London. The Role As the Engineering Supervisor, you will:

Supervise and coordinate daily engineering and maintenance activities across the site.
Lead a team of engineers and apprentices, providing technical guidance, training and performance support.
Ensure the effective operation of HVAC and other critical building systems.
Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and emergency repairs.
Conduct regular inspections to identify defects, improve reliability and minimise downtime.
Allocate workloads and ensure resources are utilised efficiently.
Oversee specialist contractors, monitoring performance and ensuring works meet agreed service levels.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards and permit-to-work procedures.
Maintain maintenance records, certifications and compliance documentation.
Support asset lifecycle planning, maintenance budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
Produce maintenance reports and KPIs while working closely with site management to deliver a high standard of service. About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:

Previous experience as an Engineering Supervisor or within a technical maintenance leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical and electrical building services.
Experience leading engineering teams and managing contractor performance.
Good understanding of planned and reactive maintenance within a commercial facilities environment.
Knowledge of health & safety legislation, statutory compliance and permit-to-work systems.
Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
