Our story continues with you. As an Engineering Shift Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our client’s dynamic Hereford Factory. They have embarked on a thrilling journey, making significant investments in new technology and automation and are innovating every day, striving for greater efficiency and productivity.
Your role? You'll be part of a 5-shift continental pattern, opening doors to Engineering Projects, Continuous Improvement, and Training & Development.
Job Title: Engineering Shift Manager
Location: Hereford
Salary: £46,000 to £56,000 depending on experience, with an additional shift allowance of £7785. - 6% pension, 31 days of holiday, Life Assurance, Private Medical Health Cover, and more.
