What You Will Do:

- Ensure timely and accurate release of Bills of Material (BoM) from Product Engineering to internal and external stakeholders by interpreting and analysing technical documents.

- Develop in-depth knowledge of part usage and coding logic to support scheduling and vehicle build processes.

- Act as the focal point for customers and suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely BoM releases at the commodity level.

- Liaise extensively with engineering and manufacturing teams, demonstrating exceptional self-motivation and customer service skills.

- Manage workloads effectively to align with programme timing, project deadlines, and departmental targets.

- Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide cover for colleagues when needed.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a high-pressure environment.

- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.

- Self-motivation and drive to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

- Proficiency in Excel and experience in customer-facing roles, balancing diverse demands effectively.

- Desirable experience with Dassault Systèmes 3Dexperience or Bill of Material processes.
