**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join this team in the North East. This is a full 360 role, where you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and placements. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for engineering roles across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, and placement.
