Engineering Manager / React / .NET / C#
Fantastic opportunity to lead both a front end and back-end team who are designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software products. This role involves both managerial and technical oversight, but will be more focused on management, circa 80/20 split.
Responsibilities will include:
Line management and career development for a team of 10
Timely and quality delivery of technical projects and product features
Implementation engineering best practices
Collaborating closely with Product Management and Architecture to ensure that the vision for our product is understood
Collaborate closely with the Delivery Team, Head of Engineering and HR to ensure that the vision for our product is understood, timelines are adhered to and culture ambitions are achieved
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Essential skills include:
Minimum of 5-7 years of engineering experience, with at least 2-3 years in a tech leadership or managerial role
Proven track record of managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
Proficiency in React, .NET, C#
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
