Job Role of the Engineering Manager

They have recently invested heavily into the site and it’s a great place to work for any Engineering Manager who wants to drive continuous improvement, develop high-performing teams, and make a real impact within the business.
You will be responsible for leading the engineering and maintenance function across the site, ensuring maximum machine uptime, driving continuous improvement projects, managing engineering teams, and delivering maintenance strategies to improve overall factory performance and reliability.
Sector – Factory Maintenance
Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Manager
· Previous experience managing engineering or maintenance teams within an industrial manufacturing environment.
· Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
Requirements for the Engineering Manager
· Strong electrical and/or mechanical engineering background.
· Experience managing Capex Projects, and maintenance strategies.
· Recognised engineering qualification.
· Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
· Strong people management and communication skills.
Desirable Requirements for the Engineering Manager
· Experience working as an Engineering Manager in the UK.
