We're on the lookout for a skilled Engineering Manager to lead and bolster our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities for the Engineering Manager:
Providing leadership to the team and managing development and progression
Ensure efficient and effective operation structure to continue success.
Review, recommend and approve contracts and estimates for engineering works.
Develop and improve the site Planned Preventative Maintenance Systems to achieve reduction in downtime.
Work closely with our Projects Manager, manage on-site project works to ensure they are delivered on time, to spec and in budget.
Requirements for the Engineering Manager:
Proven leadership in a maintenance facility within in a fast moving, food production or manufacturing environment
Education to degree level with electrical and/or mechanical engineering.
Proven record of delivering performance improvements.
Experience of CMMS systems.
Excellent time management and prioritisation
