A rare opportunity has arisen through retirement to join a UK leading organisation based in the Highlands, as their Engineering Manager. Are you looking for a new challenge?

Company with over 150 years in business.

Reporting to the Senior Management Team, the Engineering Manager will be expected to achieve this through a combination of effective engineering dayshift cover for breakdowns and planned backshift cover on planned preventative maintenance routines. Managing a small team of mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure minimum downtime. The role of Engineering Manager requires proven experience in leadership and strong people management of engineers.

Is your Current role - Engineering Manager - or perhaps an Engineering Supervisor ready to take the step into a management position.

Solid educational background with a degree in Engineering.

Good package offered including competitive salary depending on experience.
