Engineering Manager - Bodmin - Cornwall
£60,000 - £64,000
40hrs Monday - Friday, 11.5% Pension Contribution, 10% Bonus scheme, 25 days holiday + Bank Holiday, Private Medical Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Cycle to work scheme
Our client is a leading company that is dedicated to supporting customers that are supplied into a range of industries, their product quality is recognised as second to none. Due to growth and a strong order book into 2025 they are looking for an Engineering Manager to join their close knit teams

Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee the Engineering function and teams across the site, overseeing teams of engineers
Manage and maintain all site assets and equipment, building business cases for new equipment, specification and capital spend management
Ensure all engineers are adhering to health and safety regulations across the site
Manage all capital, revenue and improvement projects to time, cost and quality
Establish goals with the team which are documented, measured and communicated and consistent with global objectives
Key Skills & Experience
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Previous experience in an Engineering Manager position
Experience within an Engineering, Manufacturing or Production environment
Liaising with Key stakeholders across the site
