Position: Engineering Manager
Location: Keighley
Pay: £50K
Shift: Monday to Friday
Hours: 37 Hours per week
Kemp recruitment are partnered with a large bus operator in the North of England, who are looking to recruit an engineering manager to join their team in Keighley.

What you'll be doing
* Overseeing all maintenance activities for a fleet of buses, including servicing, inspections, and repairs
* Ensuring vehicles consistently meet regulatory standards and achieve high MOT pass rates
* Managing a team of engineers, body repair specialists, and electricians
* Planning shifts and organising on-call cover
* Maintaining full compliance with operator licensing requirements
* Promoting and enforcing health, safety, and workshop standards
What we need from you
* A Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent, such as City & Guilds qualifications)
* A full driving licence
* Previous experience working within the Automotive Sector.
* Prior Managerial/Supervisory Experience in the Automotive Sector
