Engineering Manager - Rail Structures

A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to support the delivery of a major rail structures framework across the South West of England and South Wales.

This is a fully site-based role covering projects across Devon and Cornwall, offering the opportunity to provide technical leadership on critical rail infrastructure works. You will oversee engineering activities, manage design and construction interfaces, coordinate technical approvals, and ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and to programme.

Working closely with delivery teams, designers, subcontractors, and clients, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a long-term portfolio of rail structures projects.
