Your new role
Working with Senior Managers to plan and deliver improvement and growth projects. You will manage the planned investment through teams, suppliers, contractors and manage spending and future proposals for engineering innovation. You have a Maintenance Manager and team in place and the focus is very much on the operational side of engineering.
What you'll need to succeed
Given the remit is CAPEX, growth and enhanced automation and this is a high volume FMCG role, you would need to represent success in such areas in a past role. Strong people management and providing solutions is key to being able to manage variable projects simultaneously.
What you'll get in return
Joining in Senior Management, your package can be tailored to reflect the experience you bring. However, we expect, given the level of experience required, this will likely be in the £60000 to £70000 area, but composition can be negotiated.
