You've got 3-5 years producing operations manuals or technical handover documentation, ideally in production, engineering, FMCG manufacturing or construction.
You understand systems well enough to spot when something's missing, not just when a template field is blank.

What you'll be doing
* Taking ownership of operations manual production across multiple live projects
* Coordinating as-built drawings, commissioning records and compliance documentation from design, site and subcontractor teams
* Reviewing submissions for completeness and accuracy before they go anywhere near a client
* Maintaining live handover trackers and producing weekly status reports
* Chasing down overdue information and holding internal teams and supply chain to deadlines
* Helping improve how the whole document control process works, not just following it
Where you'll be doing it
The business is an engineering contractor with offices across the UK and Ireland, delivering projects across various sectors. You'd be based at the local office, coordinating handover across the group's live project portfolio — not tied to just one site.
What you'll need
* Ideally 3-5 years' experience producing technical documentation
* Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering or construction environment
* Strong understanding of technical systems and digital documentation workflows
* Familiarity with building codes, health and safety regulations and related legislation
