Currently working with a fantastic Client based in Haslingden, looking for an Engineer Project Coordinator.
Working hours are – Full Time, Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:
As Engineer Project Coordinator your key responsibilities will be;
* To liaise with the Engineers at Project Handover for instructions regarding Customer Documentation requirements
* Liaise directly with the Project Team to ensure all documents meet Customer requirements
* Assist with “Onboarding” Process as and when necessary
* Assist with HR Documentation
* Assist with completion with Reaccreditation for Safe Contractor
* Manage A01 Documentation
* Manage submission of all client documentation on Clients Portals
* Manage document submittal register and documentation tracker for projects
* Compiling of records and documentation packages for projects
* Take ownership of the project documentation management system
