Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Highways and Traffic Engineer. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, analysis, and management of transportation infrastructure projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from highways and roadways to traffic management systems.

Responsibilities:

Design and manage transportation infrastructure projects, including highways, roadways, intersections, and traffic management systems.
Conduct traffic impact assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
Analyse traffic flow and develop strategies to optimise traffic management.
Prepare technical reports, specifications, and drawings.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and traffic analysis tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
