Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced in energy markets Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about energy sales, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently.

Duties: 

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research,networking, and prospecting

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customersatisfaction and repeat business

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation

- Stay up-to-date with energy industry trends and competitor activities

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements: 

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field-Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles in the energyindustry

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly preferred

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
