Your new role
Are you passionate about transforming empty properties into vibrant homes? Do you have a keen eye for property maintenance and a talent for managing teams? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
We’re looking for an Empty Homes Supervisor to take the lead in bringing vacant properties back to life. In this role, you’ll oversee refurbishment projects, coordinate with contractors, and ensure homes are ready for new tenants to move in.

We're looking for someone who has experience in property maintenance, refurbishment, or construction, an ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects at once and a passion for improving homes and communities.

This role will be based from our Bracknell office, with periodic travel required to our wider offices based in London (W10 5BN), Eastleigh (SO50 6AD) and Yeovil (BA22 8WN). Meetings may also take place in Slough and Langley. You will need a clean UK driving license.
Experience required
• Previous experience in the construction field or related service provision.
• Basic commercial acumen and Experience in working within time restraints.
• Proven experience in providing excellent customer service
• Experience of managing a diverse team across several locations.
• Takes ownership of issues/problems and personally sees them through to delivery.
• Is able to critique processes/procedures and can recommend
• It literate with word and excel skills to a basic level as a minimum.
• Health & Safety awareness and training to the required industry standard
