Description:

Absolute Law Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a growing and ambitious law firm in Mid Kent and assisting them in the hire of a Senior Employment Law Solicitor / Employment & Commercial Solicitor (5+ years PQE) on either a Full-Time or Part-Time basis.
This position offers the chance to lead and develop the firm's employment law practice, supported by a strong pipeline of work, while helping shape the future growth of the department.
The successful candidate will:
* Manage a varied employment law caseload (claimant and respondent)
* Build and develop client relationships
* Support business development and networking activities
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth
* Play a key role in the firm's ongoing expansion
