A highly regarded firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their team. This exciting opportunity offers a supportive and dynamic environment, handling a wide range of employment matters.
Responsibilities include assisting senior team members, managing own caseload, providing commercial advice, handling both contentious and non-contentious work, and supporting Employment Tribunal cases.
Requirements:
NQ - 6 years PQE
Manage own caseload and collaborate with the Employment team
Have financial management abilities
Conduct client meetings in person and remotely
Analyze legal issues and conduct research
Draft legal documents and letters
Stay updated with changes in law and practice
