This global law firm boasting over 5,000 lawyers across more than 30 countries and are known for their quality legal advice and ability to service complex, multijurisdictional mandates and for its focus on client service. Clients include many members of the US Fortune 100, 50+ of the FTSE 100, and over half of the Fortune 200.
The Employment team are known for their industrial disputes work, representing clients from a range of sectors including financial services, energy and healthcare. The firm have one of the largest employment teams in the world, with a network of 400+ lawyers in their offices around the globe. The team advise clients ranging from blue-chip FTSE or Fortune 500 company, to start-ups, public authorities or government bodies. The team are recognised for their work in Chambers and the Legal 500.
The team's lawyers are experts in advising clients on complex and high-value litigation, defending claims on behalf of employers, as well as investigations into allegations of misconduct, discrimination, bullying and harassment. Non-contentious issues include incentive plans and remuneration structures, business reorganizations and redundancies, executive appointments and terminations, and the employment law aspects of corporate transactions, as well as regularly advising on and coordinates multijurisdictional projects.
The team are now seeking an experienced Associate/Senior Associate to join their highly regarded practice in London. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience gained at a highly regarded City or international law firm and have excellent academics.
