Responsibilities
Acting for employers and employees
Representing clients at Tribunal hearings
Unfair dismissals
Settlement agreements
Equal pay claims
Effects of TUPE
Drafting contracts and agreements
Advising on employment related corporate matters
Supervision of junior staff members
Participating in business development and marketing initiativesThe Candidate
A qualified solicitor with a minimum of two years’ PQE
Technically proficient in contentious and non-contentious employment matters
Commercial awareness is a pre-requisite
Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Able to develop long-lasting client relationships
Strives for high standards in their work
Has an aptitude for business development and marketingThe Firm
