Employment Key Worker – Fixed Term Contract
Salary - £29,270 per annum
Hours – 37 Hours (Full time, fixed term contract – until 31st of March 2025)
We are currently recruiting for an Employment Key Worker, to be based in the Liverpool city centre area. This is a fantastic role working through the delivery of a range of guidance and training services for customers under the supervision of National Probation Service, contributing to individuals sustained improvement in health and wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
Ensure service users receive a personalised wellbeing offer that meets individual needs and level of complexity.
Manage a wide range of service users, by caseload, to achieve targets.
Identify, develop and maintain effective relationships with key local services to support service users, including activity such as: signposting and case conferencing.
Produce high quality service user action plans.
Update wellbeing contract compliance.
Qualifications / Skills Required:
Detailed knowledge of the local health and wellbeing support landscape.
Understanding of the quality issues relating to delivery in justice setting.
Ability to work in a target driven environment.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
