Job Title: Employment Advisor / Recruiter
Location: Centre based
Salary: up to £29,500 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type: Full Time, 12-month fixed term contract from June 2026

The Role:
Engage, motivate and support a caseload of unemployed participants through to gaining sustainable employment.
Identify and support individuals with any barriers to work.
Work in partnership with your caseload to complete action plans, and to better understand their skills, aspirations and goals.
Support participants with employability skills such as CV writing, job search, interview techniques, etc.
Proactively engage with local employers, to source vacancies, understand their recruitment needs and promote candidates.
Maintain employer relationships and employer engagement databases.Criteria:
Experience of working in a target driven environment - business development, sales, recruitment, customer service etc.
Ideally have experience of working within a similar Employment Advisor/Coach role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and support individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Must be able to demonstrate experience of working towards KPIs.
