The Role:

Engage, motivate and support a caseload of unemployed participants through to gaining sustainable employment.
Provide support and guidance to your caseload, surrounding benefits/welfare advice, disclosure of health symptoms etc.
Work in partnership with your caseload to complete action plans, and to better understand their skills, aspirations and goals.
Provide employability support, to include: matching participants to suitable job vacancies, CV writing, job searching, interview techniques etc.
Proactively engage with local employers, to source vacancies, understand their recruitment needs and promote candidates.Criteria:

Experience of working within a similar Employment Advisor / Employer Engagement role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and support individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Must be able to demonstrate experience of working towards KPIs.
