Description:

An exciting role to join our client, who are leading within their industry. The primary responsibility of this role would be to support with a high volume of ER cases on a 6 month FTC.

Key responsibilities

* Mediate employee disputes, ensuring policy consistency.

* Guide on workplace behaviour, performance, and discipline.

* Investigate complaints impartially.

* Aid in restructuring and redundancy projects.

* Provide risk assessments to senior management.

* Coach HR Advisors on best practices.

* Develop HR policies in compliance with laws and best practices.

* Create and deliver training programs on various topics.

* Analyse employee relations metrics and offer insights.

* Identify areas for proactive intervention.

Key skills

* Experienced HR leader with expertise in core disciplines.

* Knowledgeable in UK Employment Law and strategic application.

* Skilled in managing complex employee relations.

* Commercially savvy with a proven track record.

* Able to establish high-performing HR functions.

* Proficient in interpreting HR Metrics for strategy.

* Budget management experience.

* Streamlined HR processes for better user experience.
