Description:
An exciting role to join our client, who are leading within their industry. The primary responsibility of this role would be to support with a high volume of ER cases on a 6 month FTC.
Key responsibilities
* Mediate employee disputes, ensuring policy consistency.
* Guide on workplace behaviour, performance, and discipline.
* Investigate complaints impartially.
* Aid in restructuring and redundancy projects.
* Provide risk assessments to senior management.
* Coach HR Advisors on best practices.
* Develop HR policies in compliance with laws and best practices.
* Create and deliver training programs on various topics.
* Analyse employee relations metrics and offer insights.
* Identify areas for proactive intervention.
