Employee Relations Caseworker

Description:

We are supporting an Education organisation in the West Yorkshire region to recruit an interim to support on employee relations casework.

Main role responsibilities:

* Managing a caseload of employee relations issues including complex cases

* Provide expert advice, support to key stakeholders

* Provide policy and process training to stakeholders where appropriate

* Conduct investigations where required

* Attendance of disciplinaries where necessary

Essential skills and experience:

* Associate CIPD Status or equivalent by experience;

* Demonstrable experience of employee relations caseload cases;

* Desirable experience within a Higher Education environment
