Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR/ER Assistant ro to join our client on a permanent basis as an Employee Relations Case Officer. This role is essential in supporting the employee relations team and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. In this role you will work alongside other ER professionals and support a range of colleagues across the business. In this role you can work hybrid, spending 3 days from home and have an element of flexibility on start and finish times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the management of employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, performance management, and workplace conflicts.
* Support thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and allegations, ensuring a fair and timely resolution.
* Help ensure all employee relations activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and best practices.
* Provide assistance in advising managers and employees on employee relations issues, helping to resolve conflicts and improve workplace relations.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all employee relations cases and ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
* Assist in developing and delivering training programs to educate managers and employees on employee relations best practices and policies.
* tay informed about the latest developments in employment law and employee relations to support the continuous improvement of the company’s policies and practices.
Qualifications:
* Experience in a HR support role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations practices, and conflict resolution techniques.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Proficiency in HR management systems
