Employee Relations Assistant - Temporary Role

Our client based in Woking are looking to recruit an experienced ER assistant to join their busy HR function. This role requires someone with experience in a fast-paced environment, and confident handling complex ER cases.

Duties:

Support the Employee Relations team with day-to-day HR administration and employee queries.
Assisted with case management relating to absence, performance, conduct and grievances.
Maintained accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems.
Prepared documentation, correspondence and meeting notes for ER cases.
Liaised with employees and managers professionally, providing timely support and escalating complex matters where appropriate.
Assisted with investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes in line with company policies and procedures.
Coordinated meetings, maintained case trackers and monitored key deadlines.Please apply for a chance to be considered
