Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Office based

Salary: £34,000- £36,000 DOE

About The Job:

As the Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting and developing their people-focused initiatives. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Your main responsibilities will include:

???? Supporting with 360 People administration, from role design to recruitment, onboarding, and leavers.

???? Assisting in maintaining their ISO accreditation.

???? Managing day-to-day administration for the Culinera People team.

???? Overseeing Safer Recruitment and Right to Work safeguarding processes.

???? Maintaining and administering the People and Payroll system.

???? Leading TUPE administration and processes.

???? Ensuring accurate payroll processing by managing absence information.

???? Staying up to date with industry trends and seeking out innovative solutions.

???? Providing ER advice, letters, and processes in collaboration with the People Director.

???? Proactively managing ER cases and creating training courses for managers.

???? Compiling monthly reporting and managing the ER case Log.

???? Supporting the application of people policies and processes.

???? Planning and delivering team engagement initiatives.

???? Ensuring People compliance for right to work, training, and safeguarding.
