We’re now looking for a talented and highly organised Employee Engagement Partner to join and play a vital role in supporting our business.

Due to continued business growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employee Engagement Partner to join the team.

You will be responsible for IFG's Employee Engagement, Recognition and Communication programmes, working with third-party suppliers to develop and execute the internal communications strategy for Impact Food Group — ensuring operational efficiency and supporting thought leadership.

Can you...

Develop and execute the internal communications strategy for IFG, including key messaging, communication channels, and tactics.

Create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations.

Take ownership of Employee Engagement, Employee Recognition & Employee Comms

Work with key stakeholders to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals, vision and values.

Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis.

Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely, relevant and effectively planned to manage volume of cascades.

Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive culture, including being a champion for the employee engagement survey.

Design content and oversee implementation for DEIB communications, cultural and wellness calendars, meetings and other events.

Creating, implementing and maintaining IFG’s internal communication tools, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, secure and aligned with the company’s goals and values.

Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in employee/internal communications, corporate communications and employee engagement

Excellent writing and editing skills & Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills

Great working knowledge of Employee Reward & Engagement platforms

Experience with content creation and delivery, including email, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience managing and maintaining internal communication tools is a plus (internal email software, intranet, etc.)
