Are you an experienced Employee Benefits professional with strong technical knowledge across Workplace Pensions, Healthcare and Group Risk? Do you enjoy advisory-led work, governance, and helping clients shape modern, meaningful benefit strategies?
We’re supporting a growing Employee Benefits business that is entering an exciting new phase of expansion. As part of this growth, they are seeking a technically confident, client‑focused individual to help strengthen their Workplace Pensions offering while contributing to a broad and evolving benefits proposition.
This a full time, permanent role with a salary between £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
About the Role
You will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering high‑quality advice, technical reviews and ongoing scheme support. A key part of the role will involve producing and presenting annual Workplace Pension Governance Reviews, ensuring clients receive clear, compliant and commercially valuable insight.
Alongside Workplace Pensions, you will also support clients across Healthcare and Group Risk, contributing to market reviews, scheme design, implementation, communications and ongoing management.

* Strong experience in Workplace Pensions, gained within Employee Benefits or Financial Planning
* Knowledge of Healthcare and Group Risk products
* Professional, client‑focused approach with excellent communication skills
* Commercial awareness and the ability to identify cross‑sell and new business opportunities
* High attention to detail and strong technical accuracy
* Self‑motivated, proactive and collaborative
* Commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes
