Employed Mortgage Advisor - Redhill 
 
Basic Salary: £28,000 (OTE £60,000) Coms TBC
 
Work Pattern:
- 5 days per week including 2 Saturdays per month
- Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30, Saturday 09:00 – 17:00
 
I am seeking an experienced and driven Mortgage Advisor to join my clients team in Redhill. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to provide tailored mortgage solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will work closely with our team of estate agents, ensuring a steady flow of warm leads and maximising business opportunities. With full administrative support, you can focus on what you do best – delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' individual circumstances and goals.
- Identify and recommend the most suitable mortgage products from across the market.
- Sell complementary insurance products from Legal & General to provide holistic financial solutions.
- Meet and exceed performance targets while maintaining a strong referral rate.  
- Collaborate with estate agency colleagues to identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Proactively engage with existing clients to nurture relationships and generate repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and maintain accurate documentation.
 
Qualifications and Experience:
- CEMAP 1 (minimum) qualification or equivalent.
- Proven track record in mortgage advising or a related field.  
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Alignment with our company values of courtesy, honesty, trust, and respect.
- Full driving licence.
