Employed Mortgage Advisor - Medway, Kent
Basic Salary: £28,000 (OTE £60,000) Coms TBC
Work Pattern:
- 5 days per week including 2 Saturdays per month
- Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30, Saturday 09:00 – 17:00

Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and recommend suitable mortgage products.
Sell complementary insurance products and maintain a strong referral rate.
Collaborate with estate agency colleagues to identify cross-selling opportunities and ensure compliance with FCA guidelines.
Proactively engage with clients to nurture relationships and generate repeat business.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with FCA guidelines. Preferred Requirements:
CEMAP 1 (minimum) qualification or equivalent.
Proven track record in mortgage advising or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.
