Description:
A global leader in high-performance synthetic rope used within the marine / workboat industry, is seeking a EMEA Technical Sales Manager to drive profitable sales growth through technical expertise, customer engagement, and distributor partnerships. This field-based role combines strategic sales, technical consulting, and relationship management across assigned territories.
Location: UK - any location but ideally within easy reach of major airport. London

Key Responsibilities
Grow sales and achieve revenue targets within assigned markets.
Build and manage relationships with distributors, end users, and industry partners.
Deliver technical product presentations, training, and customer support.
Identify customer needs and recommend technical rope solutions.
Support product development by providing market and customer insights.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical associations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project success.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market updates.
Travel up to 50%, including international travel.Qualifications
At least 3 years of technical sales experience within the marine / workboat market with a proven track record of growing revenue.
Strong presentation, communication, and project management skills.
Experience working with distributors and value-based selling.
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
