EMEA QSHE Manager – Pharmaceutical Experience
Location: Home-based with travel (30% within EMEA)
Salary: £85,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + health insurance, pension, etc.
 
Role Overview:
As the EMEA QSHE Manager, you will provide oversight and regional strategic leadership across quality, safety, health, environment, risk management, and business continuity. You will work closely with regional and global QSHE teams, subject matter experts, and the wider account team to support and advise the operations teams. The position is heavily focused on quality, and experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry is highly desirable.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure successful client and regulatory audits of GxP activities across EMEA sites.
Report and investigate quality and safety-related incidents and audits in a timely manner.
Implement efficient, standardised systems and processes.
Perform ad hoc assignments such as special audit requests and serious quality investigations.
Continuously develop technical and business skills and knowledge.
Manage HSE policy and system framework in coordination with Group Health and Safety and client EHS representatives.
Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with contract and scope of QMS requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
 
Location: Based in either UK, Ireland, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, or Netherlands.
Experience: Solid background in a quality or HSE role within the pharmaceutical or life sciences environment. Familiarity with a regulated GxP environment is essential.
Qualifications: EU Quality or HSE qualification. ISO Lead Auditor qualification is desirable.
Skills: Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills. Ability to work across international boundaries.
Personality: Proactive, energetic, with a sense of humour. Strong communicator with their own ideas.
