Description:

The EMEA Operations Manager is an integral role for executing our facility management deliverables and team management for day-to-day functions for building operations and maintenance of facilities. This role will provide support to our EMEA Operations Director by owning EMEA related programmes and site management.

With your operational EMEA experience, you will help embed operational best practices, robust governance, and overall day to day management across the account. You will work closely with our client on executing their strategy.

You will anticipate and meet the needs of the team and client to ensure an elevated level of service. You will provide insight and guidance by utilizing operational data and information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reviews and contributes to client's strategic plans and creates and implements associated programmes and team development
Financial management including budget governance and savings identification
Provides vision, strategy support, and guidance for scope of EMEA services
Owns and manages the account innovation process
Owns and manages the account reporting governance and data management
In partnership with the EMEA Operations Director, maintain regular contact with the Site leads; advise and support on site issues, incidents, escalations and complaints
Recommend and implement improved ways of working to achieve goal of continuous improvement and best practices
Create and deliver account wide training in line with scope of work

COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

EMEA experience across multiple countries is mandatory.
Ability to manage direct reports and corresponding teams in a virtual environment
Experience with data systems, data analytics and creating reports
Proven ability to guide and coach team members across EMEA, physical and virtual
Excellent management, written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivation and organizational skills to complete projects in a timely manner
An operational knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other management systems
Proven track record of delivering training and implementing standards
