Overseeing the EMC laboratory activities and ensuring that testing is conducted objectively
Helping and supporting EMC Senior Engineers to maintain the smooth running of daily testing activities
Holding line management responsibility of EMC Technicians, helping them set and achieve training goals, progression, and personal development
Ensuring that all testing staff are trained appropriately and that the training records are kept up to date

1 year of experience in an engineering environment in a managerial position in a similar field
A good telephone manner with a clear and precise command of the English language
Experience with technical personnel reporting to you
Knowledge of basic project management skills with the ability to prepare project schedules and identify critical paths
