Embedded Software Contract - South Wales
Rate from £50p/h DOE
Hybrid 1-2 days onsite p/w (Following initial onboarding)
My client is an innovative energy and EV company looking for an Embedded Software Engineer with experience developing to automotive standards to support ongoing projects whilst they expand their permanent team.
Requirements:
* Track record of development in the automotive industry developing to functional safety standards (ISO 26262 & IEC 61508).
* Embedded software and bare metal development.
* Experience with DSP and microprocessor architectures (TI Hercules and TI Sitara desired).
* Expertise with low level comms protocols (I2C, SPI, CAN etc).
* Software Version Control
* Hardware/Software system integration
