Description:
Selexa Biotech are exclusively partnered with a leading Medical Device innovator, specialising in intricate products and systems designed to improve patient outcome. With offices in the UK and US, they develop and manufacture innovative medical devices and software.
This role is based at their UK headquarters in Gloucestershire and is the result of sustained growth. The successful applicant will join a dedicated and established team of Engineers.
Primary Role:
* Providing production engineering input to R&D activities.
* Providing initial and maintaining existing production plans and work instructions.
* Assisting in continual improvement of existing processes and methods.
* Supporting a drive for automation within production, including the delivery of work instructions as well as configuration, calibration and test of product.
Essential Skills
* Experience of manufacturing processes and controls.
* Experience of working in any form of controlled engineering environment
Education
* Any form of technical qualification - Degtee, HNC or Apprenticeship, suitable experience also considered
Experience
* A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
* Experience of working in a quality/regulatory systems environment – beneficial not essential
