Electronics Assembler
Location - Poole, Dorset

Soldering Technicians will be responsible for performing precision soldering and assembly of electronic components in accordance with manufacturing standards, work instructions and quality requirements.
The duties may include, but are not limited to:
* Soldering & Assembly
* Hand solder wires, connectors, and terminals
* Operate soldering irons
* Install and secure components per technical drawings
* Ensure compliance with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610)
* Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures
