A specialist manufacturer based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk are in need of an electronics assembler to join their team as they continue to see demand grow for their products
To be considered for this role you will need to have some experience in small component assembly, ideally having soldering and wiring experience.
This position will be offering a starting salary of £11.44ph, however there is a fantastic pay structure in place which offers great progression! Overtime will also be available after a 3 month probationary period.
Assembly duties include (but are not limited to):
Detailed soldering, measuring to length, cutting, and stripping cable, assembly of small components etc.
Small scale component assembly
Follow very basic wiring diagram
Align and glue components
Follow detailed inspection procedure: Air bubbles, marks, inclusions, cracks, dents, scratches, using height gauges, cleanliness, electrical insulation & continuity
Flexible approach to work to meet customer demands.
There are flexible working hours available, 07:30 - 16:00 or :30. Monday - Friday (40 hours per week).
