We are currently recruiting for reliable, hard-working CSCS Skilled Labourers to join a fast-paced team on a massive, state-of-the-art industrial distribution project in Kettering.

While you will be assisting with various general site duties, the main focus of this role will be cable management. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for consistent, hands-on work on a major industrial build.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Focus: Assisting with large-scale cable management, including pulling cables, clearing pathways, and securing wiring systems.

*

Laying out containment systems and helping electricians or mechanical teams on site.

*

Handling various manual tasks to support the smooth running of the project.

*

Moving materials safely across a large industrial floor.

*

Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and compliant with strict health and safety standards.

Requirements

*

Valid CSCS Card (Essential).

*

Previous experience on industrial sites, specifically with cable pulling or cable management, is highly advantageous.

*

Full PPE: Hard hat, hi-vis clothing, and safety boots.

*

Ability to handle a physically demanding role that involves a lot of walking across a large site.

*

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a safety-first mindset
