Description:

We are currently recruiting for an Electrician to join a Local Authority Housing Repairs team in Nottingham on a temp to perm basis. The role involves carrying out repairs and maintenance to both void and tenanted properties, undertaking responsive repairs, fault finding, and inspection and testing work.

Key Responsibilities
 
Carry out electrical repairs and maintenance to void and occupied properties
Complete responsive repairs across the housing stock
Diagnose electrical faults and undertake remedial work
Conduct inspection and testing duties
Ensure work is completed safely and in line with current regulations
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service

Requirements
 
NVQ in Electrical Installation
18th Edition qualification
2391 Inspection and Testing qualification
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience working within repairs and maintenance environments

Salary & Benefits
 
£22.04 per hour Ltd (PAYE equivalent £18.91 per hour)
Temp to Perm opportunity
37 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Holiday allowance
Overtime available
Sociable working hours
